   Committee to Enhance Ethnic Diversity

 Purpose

The Committee to Enhance Ethnic Diversity (CEED) serves to educate and engage the MASFAA community on diversity awareness and issues. It empowers and advocates for professionals from underrepresented populations to become active members and leaders of MASFAA. CEED serves as a catalyst in the recruitment and promotion of people from underrepresented populations to professional positions within the field of student financial aid. CEED works with all segments of the Association to keep issues relative to diversity at the forefront of MASFAA's undertakings.

 Composition

The Committee is composed of three Chairpersons as well as volunteer committee members.
