1. Fully take on the recruitment and placement of volunteers on MASFAA committees. Update membership via article in Newsletter.
2. Print and update MASFAA brochures as needed – Who is MASFAA and what we do (Eric at George Mason University for their brochures – award winning).
3. Show appreciation to volunteers by distributing Certificates of Appreciation at Closing Ceremony event.
4. Work with the conference committee to plan a reception to welcome new conference attendees – plan an activity such as scavenger hunt.
5. Write informational articles for the MASFAA Newsletter.
6. Plan and Organize Closing Ceremony event in conjunction with PD&T. Work with PD&T to corral current ambassadors. Use the Newcomers’ reception to gauge interest if Ambassador needed.
7. Provide a MASFAA table at the annual conference with data/information from all committees.
8. Provide “I voted” buttons/stickers at the conference.
9. Promote the CEED library of books.
10. Surveys of membership as needed.
