1. Continue to expand the partnership with the State’s GEAR UP programs, guidance communities and institution presidents.
2. Increase outreach into the community by publishing our availability for financial aid nights and willingness to help with any middle school initiatives in and around our neighborhoods.
3. Develop and conduct the 8th MASFAA Carnival of Learning to be held as a 2009 MASFAA pre-conference event for approximately 50 middle school students.
4. Participate in the National Training for Counselors and Mentors (NT4CM), an annual training program designed to provide counselors and mentors with resources that will help them more effectively advise students and their families about how to prepare financially for college.
