This workshop is designed for administrative staff and individuals who provide support and customer service to your financial aid office. The topics for our day’s event will be focused around communicating with students and families.
You don’t need to be a MASFAA member in order to register for the training. Check-in will begin at 9:30 and the session will run from 10:00 to 3:00 with a break for lunch, which will be provided.
